I authorize Evans Family Properties or their agent to make any inquiries deemed necessary in the establishment of my credit rating. As well as, if necessary authorizing an investigation of my tenant history, banking and employment for the purposes of renting a house, apartment or townhome from this owner/manager.

I understand my application cannot be processed until a full deposit is received by Evans Family Properties. If my application is not approved, I understand I will receive a full refund of my deposit and this application is void. I agree, if approved as a tenant, should I or my Guarantor(s) default on any terms of the Lease Agreement with Evans Family Properties including but not limited to a refusal to occupy the Leased Premises, I hereby forfeit my full deposit to Evans Family Properties as liquidated damages.
